We also collect your bank account or e-wallet account details—only the last four digits are stored in our primary system; full details are held separately by our payment processors.
During gameplay, we collect data about your bets and outcomes. For football bets on Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, and Champions League, we record the market (match winner, over/under, handicap), your stake, the odds you accepted, the timestamp, and the settlement result. For live-dealer games and slots, we record your stake, the game outcome, your payout, and the timestamp. We do not collect video of your personal behavior—our live-dealer feeds show only the dealer and the game table.

Third-party processors and data sharing on sakong
We share your data only with essential service providers. Our payment processors (Midtrans, Xendit, and others) receive transaction data to process deposits and withdrawals. These processors are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for payment processing. We do not share your data with advertising networks, analytics firms, or data brokers.
We may disclose your data if required by law—for example, if a government agency requests information as part of a financial investigation or if we are served with a court order. We will notify you of such requests unless legally prohibited from doing so. We comply with AML and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations, which may require us to report certain transactions to financial intelligence units.
We retain your data for the duration of your account plus seven years after closure, in compliance with financial record-keeping requirements. Your gameplay history (bets and outcomes) is retained indefinitely for dispute resolution and regulatory compliance. Your identity documents are retained for seven years after account closure; after this period, we securely delete them.
Your rights and choices on sakong
We respect your data rights. You can request to view, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting our support team. If you request deletion of your account, we will deactivate it and delete your login credentials and contact information within 30 days. We cannot delete your transaction history or identity documents if they are required by law or for dispute resolution purposes.
You can update your email address, phone number, or password anytime through your sakong account settings. If you want to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you (subject access request), contact our support team and we will provide this within 30 days.
We use cookies to remember your login session and your language preference. Cookies do not store sensitive data like your password or payment details. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may limit your ability to use sakong. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
